Module for OPENCART

This module was created for choosing a fabric for furniture, but also can be used for other goods and purposes. General Info

This module was created for choosing a fabric for furniture, but also can be used for other goods and purposes.

Installation for Opencart 2.3.x

  1. Extract the archive you downloaded from Codecanyon and locate the Upload folder. Upload the 4 folders found inside (admin, catalog, image, system) to your OpenCart root installation.

  2. Access your Opencart Admin and go to Extensions > Extension > Module and click Install under “Fabric Choice".

Main setting of the module

Can be found in Extensions > Extensions > Modules > Fabric choice

  1. In this area you can see all available options in your store for your goods.

  2. In this area you can see options for goods, that you want to display in “Fabric Choice” mode.

  3. Here you need to place html tag for product page, where buttons of module will be displayed.

  4. Here you can change type of price calculation, if you choose Enable, then it will add only maximum value of chosen options. If Disable chosen it will calculate standard price of goods, each value of each option will be added.

  5. Specifies the size of the thumbnail image option.

  6. Specifies the size of the option image when increasing.

  7. Module status.

 

Categories of options values

Can be added in Catalog > Category Options

  1. Add category button

  2. Edit category button

Category editing:

  1. Category name

  2. The parent category is selected

  3. Options selection

  4. Available values for the selected option

  5. The value of options belonging to this category

  6. Sorting order

  7. Category status

After edit you need to press “Save” button.

Editing the options values in the product card

You need to go to the product card and add the necessary options to the product:

If the values of the selected option are tied to any categories, then all values are displayed in sorted form and there is the possibility to assign parameters at once to all values of the category options, for this you need to fill in the appropriate fields in line 2.

Selection #1 - allows you to select a mode, where the option value can be selected only from the same parent category as the previously selected value of the adjacent item option.
